Robinhood Overseas exists because its founder lived the summer camp experience for 14 years — and decided Indian youth deserved the same chance.
The Founder
Who is Arpan Trivedi?
Arpan Trivedi worked at summer camps in the United States for 14 years — as tennis program director, opening and closing director, checking director and senior director. He worked with staff from more than 65 countries and campers from nearly 37, and personally referred around 70 skilled youngsters into USA camp contracts.
After all those summers, one question stuck with him: "Why don't Indian youth get the opportunity to work in summer camps all over the world?"
So he founded Robinhood Overseas in Mehsana, Gujarat, and joined InterExchange, New York as an official International Cooperator and Indian summer camp staff recruiter — opening the door to 300+ summer programs across the United States.

The camp years · 14 seasons
Arpan builds 14 years of hands-on experience at USA camps — rising to tennis program director and senior director, and learning exactly what camp directors look for in staff.
2019 · Robinhood Overseas is born
Founded in Mehsana, Gujarat, and appointed International Cooperator with InterExchange, New York — recruiter for 300+ USA summer programs.
2026 · Growing beyond camps
75+ staffers placed abroad. Member of the Ontario, Australian and Russia camp associations and the ICF; partner of CAP Sports Academy Dubai, IENA and CIEE — and newly partnered with Jenza for internships abroad, alongside a new campers program for children aged 10–15.
Track Record
Placements that speak for themselves
Since 2019, Robinhood Overseas has placed more than 40 Indian youngsters at USA summer camps, 11 at camps in Russia and 7 in Dubai, with further placements in other countries.
Every participant is personally screened and interviewed. Documents are checked and cross-checked before any application goes out — and Arpan personally guides each participant through job applications, camp interviews, visa forms and visa interviews.
